JEM Global Internet Services CheckOut unavailable

CheckOut is unavailable due to a third party provider. We are working with them to bring CheckOut back online.

  • Service is back to normal. We are working on migrating away from the third party dependency which caused this issue.

  • CheckOut is now recovering and should be available for most users. Contact checkout@jemedia.xyz if you continue to experience issues accessing CheckOut.

    Other services proxying through CHK3 are showing improved latency.

  • We anticipate CheckOut will unavailable for up to 30 minutes while the external provider restores a critical dependency.

    In addition to CheckOut, customers using our chk3 proxy can expect increased latency.

    JEM Global Internet Services Slowdown on LdnS1. Services affected: Verified Handles, JEMEDIA DNS

    We are monitoring this.

  • The issue has been resolved. Verified Handles is fully operational.

  • We are continuing to monitor this issue. We want to emphasize that DNS, Websites, and Compute services are functioning normally and the vast majority of customers are unaffected. This incident is isolated strictly to VerifiedHandles.org and the VerifiedHandles.com API.
